you’re getting through the week, but feeling more stretched than you let on
you’re carrying stress quietly
you feel worn down, emotionally full, or a little far from yourself
you want a space to slow down without pressure to overshare
you’re not looking for therapy, but you don’t want to keep carrying everything alone either
This session includes:
a short guided opening
one clear theme
reflective prompts
optional sharing
space to listen, think, and respond at your own pace
one or two simple takeaways to carry forward
Listening quietly is also participation.
This session is:
not group therapy
not crisis support
not a space where anyone is expected to share personal details
not designed for acute or high-intensity mental-health needs
It is a calm, structured reflection session with clear boundaries.
I’m Bobby Nelson, founder of Wayfinder. I offer reflective and emotional support for English-speaking expats and international professionals in Japan, especially around adjustment strain, overwhelm, and the quieter forms of stress that often build unnoticed over time.
My work is grounded in counseling skills, hypnotherapy training, and lived understanding of long-term life in Japan. Where licensed clinical care or higher-acuity support is needed, I refer appropriately.
